Phase I: Scope
Phase 1, the development of Comprehensive Plan 2030, is an important first step in Brookhaven 2030, as it will establish a vision for the Town’s future. The Plan will also outline the goals, recommendations and strategies that are needed to achieve that vision.

The scope of work for Phase I consists of:
  • Identifying Current Trends & Conditions
  • Identifying and Determining Strategies to Protect Community Character Resources
  • Identifying Existing and Desirable Community Development Patterns and Locations
  • Developing the Draft Plan
